After spending almost a quarter-century in a work environment where Rochelle felt her drive, creativity, voice, and authenticity gradually dissipate, Rochelle was motivated to write a book based on real-life experiences to help guide leaders to lead out of authenticity. In her latest book, Simply Complex: Leading out of Authenticity, Rochelle uses a twelve-pillar model to help titled and untitled leaders, including but not limited to parents, coaches, teachers, and entrepreneurs. This book is also for current and aspiring business professionals and senior executives who are looking to create inclusive cultures and high-performing individuals in any field.
